ADULT ADHD ASSESSMENT

Lifespan Counselling offers two ADHD assessment options for adults. Both options will
provide a diagnosis (if any) and treatment recommendations (if any).
Option 1 is a comprehensive evaluation that takes into account both your attention
and/or hyperactivity-impulsivity issues as well as your mental health functions.
Option 2 is an ADHD-focused evaluation which is recommended for individuals without
a history of emotional and psychological disturbances.

Assessment Option 1:
Mental Health Screening + ADHD Clinical Diagnostic Interview + Attention Performance
Test ( ~ 3 hours)

Assessment Option 2:
ADHD Clinical Diagnostic Interview + Attention Performance Test (~ 2 hours)
*Extra costs will be incurred for a formal written report & a feedback session.
